Cynthia Barnhart is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the School of Engineering and Co-Director of the Operations Research Center at MIT. She is currently serving as President of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS). Her research activities have focused on the development of planning models and algorithms to improve carrier operations.

Cindy helped develop the idea for Larry in 2004, and has since advised eCourier.co.uk on our technical and Operational Research strategy to ensure he remains the smartest chap in town.
