Customer Service Advisor – (Whitechapel, East London) 
Salary: 25,260.00 
Job Type: Full time 
Shift: Monday – Friday (Occasional weekend shifts)  
Hours: 40 hours per week between 08:00 – 21:00

We’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice of eCourier, providing exceptional service to our entire customer base. You’ll wear many hats, from handling bookings and resolving complaints to keeping our team informed and up to date. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties  
· Take client bookings by Telephone and email when required. 
· Handle and log all escalations and customer complaints, taking ownership of the situation, resolving, and following up to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. 
· Updating and maintaining client details on the various systems. 
· Monitoring and responding to all types of email contact within the specified service level agreement. 
· Fully competent in all systems used by eCourier. 
· Provide resolutions, help and advice to colleagues from all areas of the business. 
· Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, and through Live Chat and social media. 
· Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers on all internal CRM systems. 
· Support the field-based Account Managers with immediate client response requirements, case management and issue resolution. 
· To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

· Be a customer champion, taking ownership of bookings, inquiries, and complaints. 
· Become a master of our systems, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping. 
· Collaborate with colleagues and support Account Managers. 
· Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in customer service.
