More than 1,000 couriers answered the call, their dedication and bravery shining through in a time of immense uncertainty.

The volume we handled was staggering. Our booking system, once handling a manageable flow, went from processing zero to a staggering 10,000 bookings per day. Imagine the sheer logistics of that – coordinating pickups from all 121 postal areas in the UK, ensuring over 100 million test kits reached labs swiftly and securely. It was a monumental task, but one we tackled head-on, driven by the knowledge that with each delivery, we were playing a part in protecting the NHS and saving lives.
